On Pro and above, your marketing and outreach emails can go out from your own brand instead of the shared platform address — better trust, better deliverability. Here's how it works:

  • One-click request — enter your domain (e.g. newsletter@yourbrand.com) and our team sets it up in Resend for you, then sends the exact DNS records to add.
  • Email never stops — every tier keeps sending from the shared platform domain (with your own custom sender name) the whole time, so your campaigns and drips never pause while your custom domain is being set up.

Request it in Workspace Settings → External Tooling → Sender Domain once you're on Pro.
