Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

SaFire Studio respects the intellectual property rights of others. Because Access is a zero-hosting routing interface, we do not store or distribute copyrighted media. However, we strictly prohibit Creators from utilizing our payment infrastructure to monetize unauthorized content.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe that your work has been linked to and monetized via Access in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the specific Access bridge page URL (e.g., projectaccess.app/c/[slug]) that is routing payments to the allegedly infringing material.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Takedown Execution

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SaFire Studio will expeditiously sever the payment routing link, revoke all active session tokens for the specific URL, and disable the paywall. Note: Because we do not host the underlying media, you must also contact the third-party host (e.g., YouTube) to remove the source file from the internet.

Counter-Notification

If you are a Creator who believes your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by submitting a support ticket in your creator dashboard with the subject line "[Counter-Notice]" and including:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the content that was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, the DMCA strike will be reversed and your content may be restored in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SaFire Studio maintains a strict Repeat Infringer Policy. We will permanently terminate platform access, disable routing capabilities, and blacklist the underlying HandCash paymail address of any Creator who repeatedly utilizes our infrastructure to monetize stolen intellectual property.

Designated DMCA Agent
