Delete Your Data

What data we store

Depending on how you use Access, we may store some or all of the following data linked to your account:

• Your account profile (name, email, avatar, public handle)
• Workspaces you own or are a member of, and the content inside them (campaigns, projects, scheduled posts, drafts, contacts)
• Access Passes you've created and the transactions buyers have made on them
• Buyer purchase history if you've ever purchased an Access Pass
• OAuth tokens for any third-party accounts you've connected (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta — Instagram / Facebook / Threads — etc.). These tokens are encrypted at rest and never leave our backend.
• Audit log entries describing actions you've taken inside the app

How to request deletion

To permanently delete the data tied to your Access account, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@projectaccess.io from the email address associated with your Access account.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. In the body, include:
   • The email on your Access account
   • Your public handle (if you remember it) so we can locate your creator profile
   • If the deletion is connected to a specific third-party connection (e.g. revoking Access from your Meta / Facebook / Instagram account), please mention which one
4. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, per applicable data-protection law (GDPR / CCPA).

What gets deleted

• Your user account and login credentials
• Your creator profile, public handle, bio, and avatar
• All workspaces you solely own (workspaces you co-own with others will be transferred or anonymized)
• All Access Passes you created (existing buyers will be notified that content is no longer available)
• All OAuth tokens for connected third-party accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta apps, etc.)
• All audit-log entries tied to your user ID

Note: Financial transaction records (purchases, payouts, refunds) are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years), but are dissociated from your personal identifiers. This is a legal requirement we cannot waive.
